I am an Accredited Practicing Dietitian & Nutritionist who is passionate about all things nutrition and performing.

I take pride in my evidence-based knowledge to nutrition and I use this to help people achieve their health and performance goals by giving them the knowledge to take 'healthy eating' into their own hands.

I believe healthy eating habits do not have to be complex, involve restrictive diets, eliminate food groups or be expensive. Simple swaps to what you are currently eating can make a world of difference!
